Increase in Multi-Site Gateway Connections

EntraPass Corporate and Global Edition multi-site gateway connections have been increased from 512 to a maximum of 2,048 connections (click here for more information about connection configuration).

New Site Definition

Rather than a physical loop, a site has been redefined as a group of connections. This allows for multiple connections to be linked together into a site, regardless of their physical location and connection type. With the use of an optional prompt, an existing connection can be selected to remain independent or merged into a new site as it is created (click here for more details).

Monitoring Software Integration

Components have their own unique numbers that can now be sent through SmartLink. By combining the unique ID (5-digit alphanumerical code) with specific events, central station monitoring software can trace alarms and restoral events from EntraPass.
